The Harvest full moon refers to the moon that occurs closest to the start of autumn. It marks the time of month when farmers depended on the moonlight to harvest their crops late into the night. This moon also holds special significance as it comes two days prior to the equinox, representing a balanced natural world of equal night and day.
During this gathering, we will anchor into the potent equinox and full moon energies with community discussion, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga postures, sound healing through mantra and singing bowls, and end with a blissful guided meditation for deep rest.
No previous yoga experience required
