Important information for IN-STUDIO classes

• Please arrive 5-15 minutes before class time to set up your space and create a peaceful container before class begins.
  
  
• Be sure to completely silence your phone before class by putting it in "airplane mode" or turning it off. Let's keep the practice space free of phone distractions, including rings, vibrations or notification sounds.
  
  
• Most in-studio class sizes are limited to 10 people, so pre-registration is required. Because we are holding a spot, de-registration is not permitted less than 3 hours before class. If one deregisteres 3+ hours before class, a credit is returned to their account. If a student needs to cancel registration less than 3 hours before class, or does not show up for a registered class, a credit will be used to pay for the class. Those who need to cancel last minute can request to be moved to the online class and receive a recording by emailing machelle@rootsandriveryoga.com
  
  
• Students must be 13 years or older to attend in-studio adult classes unless otherwise specificied as kids yoga or family yoga class.
  
  

Online Class Registration and Zoom Link Information:

• Log in and register for online classes through our calendar or the fitDEGREE app, whether you can attend the LIVE class or prefer to wait for the recording.
  
  
• Upon registration, a class confirmation will be emailed to you. The Zoom link will automatically be emailed to you ONE (1) HOUR before class time.
  
  
• There is also a portal option to enter the LIVE class through the fitDEGREE app. One hour before class, a GREEN link to the live class will appear in your fitDEGREE app corresponding with the class you have registered for. • The instructor for the class will open the Zoom-room 5 minutes before class time.
  
  
• If you cannot attend the LIVE class, register for the online class and we will send a recording link that is good for 6 days to practice at your on convenience.
  
  
• Within 24 hours after class, online registrants will receive another, separate email with the a link to the recording of the practice, to enjoy or re-enjoy throughout the week. The recording link will be available for 6 days from the day of class.
  
  
• To ensure email links make it to your in-box and not spam/promotion folders - please save info@fitdegree.com and machelle@rootsandriveryoga.com to your email contacts.
  
  
• Cost of online classes is 1 credit based on our studio payment system. Learn more about pricing or buy passes.
