For those who joined one or more of the intro to Tai Chi courses, you have learned the movements of Grasp the Sparrows Tail. Now it's time to move forward and that means stepping.
In Grasp the Sparrow’s Tail Level 2, students incorporate Tai-Chi footwork into the postures studied in Level 1. Concepts to be covered will be True empty stepping, storing energy through proper posture and much more. This will lead to a deeper understanding of direction, waist control and complete separation of Yin and Yang in the legs.
Through practice of posture, movement, concentration and relaxation, students will begin to feel how to harmonize the body into a unit in order to develop and unlock internal energy called "Jin", or intrinsic energy. Guided by Tai-Chi expert Cain Yentzer, with 30 years of practice and teaching under his belt, participants can expect high levels of detail, correct guidance and answers to their questions.

Cain Yentzer is an expert in the science and practice of Tai-Chi. First educated as a teenager in Washington D.C. at the Great River Taoist Center under Scott Rodell, he later moved to the Republic of China to study under Master Wang Yan-Nian at the National Tai-Chi Ch’uan Association. Yentzer lived in the Republic of China for 15 years where established his school Inner Court Tai-Ji. He returned in recent years to teach Tai-Chi to Americans.
