6 Week Series
January 8th - February 12th
Mondays 3:00-4:00pm
"Grasp the Sparrow's Tail” is an introductory course, offering students the opportunity to uncover the mystery of the art of Tai-Chi. This course is designed to be taken once or many times.
We will explore this ancient art by first learning the 4 basic movements that comprise Grasp the Sparrow's Tail. If you only learn the Grasp the Sparrow’s Tail sequence, you will have a Tai Chi practice for life.
Through practice of posture, movement, concentration and relaxation, students will begin to feel how to harmonize the body into a unit in order to develop and unlock internal energy called "Jin", or intrinsic energy. Guided by Tai-Chi expert Cain Yentzer, with 30 years of practice and teaching under his belt, participants can expect high levels of detail, correct guidance and answers to their questions.
Cost: $108 (6 week series)
