Full Moon Night Hike and Sound Healing with Lauren Lang and Suzanne Cervarich

  • Blue Ridge Center For Environmental Stewardship 11661 Harpers Ferry Road Purcellville, VA, 20132 United States (map)

Join Lauren and Suzanne for a hike and sound healing under the energy of April’s Pink Full Moon at Blue Ridge Center for Environmental Stewardship. This 884 acre property is located just south of Harpers Ferry. At the end of May it will officially become one of Virginia’s newest state parks, called Sweet Run.

We will have solitude and peace while walking through this beautiful property after hours. You will be guided towards noticing what you sense within you and around you through a series of invitations. In an open field, under the starlit night sky, we will have tea, hot chocolate and snack while we share conversation. Finally, we will settle in to listen to the soothing sounds of nature with the songs of healing Tibetan bowls.

Participants should bring:

  • Hiking poles are recommended (we will have some to lend)

  • Small backpack

  • Headlamp or small flashlight (with red light if you have one)

  • Hiking or sturdy comfortable shoes

  • Water bottle and insulated mug
