Keeping your fascia healthy has many benefits. You’ll move more easily, have better range of motion and experience less tightness or pain.
In this workshop, we will review basic anatomy of the foot, lower leg and knee and use tools and simple techniques to release the the myofascia in order to re-educate the body/mind while aligning and stabilizing the feet and knees.
If you have plantar fasciitis, ankle soreness, shin splints, tight calves or hamstrings, knee/hip pain, this workshop will provide some tools to release, create renewed slide and glide in the tissues and aid in more easeful movements.
All levels welcome. No previous yoga experience required.
Cost: $20 This workshop will be offered LIVE online via Zoom and all who register will receive a recording to enjoy (or enjoy again) at your convenience in the next seven days. Those who wish to join live will receive the link one hour prior to the start of class.
