We have stepped into the summer, the fire element time of the year, and symbolically the season of the soul's maturation. The natural world is showing us how to take pure potential and bring it out to its fullest expression through the flowers, trees, vegetable gardens. It can be a great time to expand into what brings you joy and purpose and prune back what takes unnecessary amounts of energy or may hinder growth or fruition.
As I step back and witness our lovely Roots & River Yoga community, I see more and more people coming back into the studio and less attending online. To preserve energy and to cultivate where there is growth, we are cutting back on SOME of our online/recording options.
Since I used to live, teach, and even own a studio in other areas of the country, I am keeping most of my classes online in order to stay connected to long time yoga friends who live in other cities/states/countries, who cannot come in-person to practice, and who continue to enjoy the virtual option.
I asked and honored the request of some teachers who really prefer the intimacy of in-studio-only classes, were experiencing low virtual attendance, or who are ready to leave behind the extra overhead lights and technology that online classes require. I think that we have come up with a really good balance. I hope you think so too.
Check out this NEWSLETTER to see each of our beloved teachers, what they offer, and whether their class is in-studio-only or a hybrid (in-studio/online/recording). All who register for online classes receive a recording link for the class. The recording links are accessible for 6 days to practice with, once or many times, at your convenience.
We are also adding new classes as we move through the summer/fall so check out what we have below and stay tuned for more!
You can always see updated class and workshop information on our website!
We are here to share community and serve YOU. Drop me a message with inquires or feedback. I appreciate hearing from you.
