Connect with nature in this sensory experience along the banks of the Potomac River. After a short 1/2 mile walk on the C&O path, we will get grounded with some guided forest-bathing around a toasty warm campfire overlooking the water. We will then share a forest tea ceremony and delicious homemade, vegetarian soup that will be perfect for Fall. Finally, we’ll relax to the soothing, vibrational healing energy of Tibetan singing bowls around the campfire.

Layers of comfortable clothing including hat and gloves/mittens
Comfortable walking shoes
Hand warmers/toe warmers suggested depending on the weather
Camp chair with a carrying strap
