The Beaver full moon historically denotes the end of hunting season and also marks that food stores should be full and stocked as winter will be arriving shortly. Spiritually, it heralds a time of giving, sharing, and gratitude through reflecting on the efforts that we have made over the past year.
At this gathering, we will create a gratitude circle and offer blessings for the coming winter with discussion, a Yin Yoga and Restorative practice, and a guided meditation for deep rest.
No previous yoga experience required.
Join us to explore the meanings of the moon and celebrate your place in the cycle of ritual and reverence with nature’s rhythms.
Cost: $25
