Building on the basics, this Mixed Level Flow weaves together active standing and balancing poses, breathwork, and grounding floor sequences. Multiple options and variations are offered so that each person can create the level of challenge and ease that is right for them.
Each class is curated to offer an energized yet calm state of being. This class is best suited for those with yoga experience or beginners who are otherwise physically active.
Mixed Level Flow will be offered

using a studio class pass or membership.
