Join us for an morning of cycling and a short hike, that will exercise your mind and body.
Explore methods of grounding, breathwork, and connecting within, even amidst distractions. Often when the mind needs peace the most, our surroundings are busy and our brains are overactive. From Brunswick we will cycle 5 ½ miles to the historic town of Harpers Ferry, stopping along the way to connect with the forest and the river with our senses. We will soak in the majesty of where the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers join. Carved shale stairs will take us ½ mile up to Jefferson Rock overlook to enjoy the view and practice a few meditation methods. Enjoy refreshing ice cream* or shaved ice* in town on the way back to our bikes.
Our total adventure will be ~11 miles of cycling, and ~1 mile of walking.
