The Crow Moon is named for the time of the year when much of nature starts to come alive again. The crows start to use their voice more, earthworms begin to emerge from the ground, and robins are singing their songs. As humans, we are invited to start to emerge from the quieter times of winter with qualities of curiosity and exploration. With the Full Moon in Leo, we are invited to examine our relationships and where they might need some attention to bring them into their full potential.
At this gathering, we will align with the energy of this full moon as a community by weaving the themes into a practice of qi gong, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Moon rituals are a magical way to connect with the natural cycles of life and nature. Full moons are a great way to honor our own fullness and wholeness as humans while we receive the wisdom from our Grandmother Moon. Let's honor and release what is no longer serving us to make space for what comes next.
Feel free to bring a meaningful item to place on the Moon altar for tonight’s practice. It could be a crystal, a picture, a piece of jewelry, really whatever! Maybe something that inspires aspects of the Crow Moon or something that honors the fullness and wholeness of you and this human experience.
No previous yoga experience required.
Cost: $25
