Gentle Yoga focuses on building a solid foundation in basic yoga poses and is appropriate for those who are brand new to yoga as well as students who prefer to practice on refining the subtle aspects of the poses at a slower pace. Emphasis is given to the quality of breath and how linking breath to conscious movement provides a depth of physical and emotional steadiness and calmness.
Gentle Yoga will be offered in-studio
every Thursday from 12:00-1:00pm starting March 20th
using a studio class pass or membership.
