The Hunter's full moon signifies a time of fortification in nature. The animals start to prepare for an increasingly colder world, or possibly for hibernation, and humans fortify their stock of game by hunting and then preserving meals for the long months ahead. For those of us who may not engage in the ritual of hunting and preserving, it is a time to emotionally prepare the psyche for its cyclical retreat.
At this gathering, we will anchor into the potent energies of the hunter's full moon with a community discussion, a yin yoga practice to create connection to our bodies, and a guided meditation for deep rest.
Open to all yogis ages 10+
No previous yoga experience required.
Cost: $20
