Join us for a spiritual adventure under the Super Blue Moon. This short rocky trail climbs up to rocky cliffs with beautiful views of the Potomac River from Weverton Cliffs. You will be guided towards self-reflection under the energy of the Setting sun and moonlit sky during this 2-mile out and back hike to Weverton Cliffs. We will enjoy hot tea and a snack at the top while listening to the healing vibrations of Tibetan Bowls.

Participants should bring: 

• Hiking poles are recommended (we will have some to lend)

• Small backpack

• Headlamp or small flashlight (with red light if you have one)

• Comfortable layers

• Hiking or sturdy comfortable shoes

• Water bottle and insulated mug

Lauren Lang is a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide who is trained in Wilderness First Aid. Suzanne Cervarich is an Angel Reiki Master and certified Sound Practitioner. Lauren and Suzanne create peaceful and restorative experiences within nature through sensory immersions which opens space for participants to connect to their inner wisdom.
