The Snow Moon, named for the time with the largest amount of snowfall in the northern hemisphere and some of the coldest days. February’s moon is also known as the Storm Moon describing what can be a time of harsh weather conditions. This cycle invites us to linger in the pause as our roots continue to be nourished, as Spring will be arriving soon.
At this gathering, we will align with the energy of this full moon as a community by weaving the themes into a practice of qi gong, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Moon rituals are a magical way to connect with the natural cycles of life and nature. Full moons are a great way to honor our own fullness and wholeness as humans while we receive the wisdom from our Grandmother Moon. Let's honor and release what is no longer serving us to make space for what comes next.
No previous yoga experience required.
Cost: $25
