The Beaver full moon historically denotes the end of hunting season and also marks that food stores should be full and stocked as winter will be arriving shortly. Spiritually, it heralds a time of giving, sharing, and gratitude through reflecting on the efforts that we have made over the past year.
At this gathering, we will create a gratitude circle and offer blessings for the coming winter with discussion, a yin yoga practice, and a guided meditation for deep rest.
Open to all yogis ages 10+
No previous yoga experience required.
Cost: $20
