Qi Gong mirrors the movements of nature, training the mind and body by creating a sense of ease. In this basic introduction, experience meditation in motion and discover newfound energy that supports the body structure, organs, and emotional well being. Appropriate for all to enjoy, this gentle practice is performed standing and will create a balance between tranquility and internal strength. This is a free offering.
