Important information for IN-STUDIO classes

• In-studio class sizes are limited to 5 people, so pre-registration is required. Because we are holding a spot, de-registration is not allowed less than 3 hours before the class. If a student needs to cancel registration less than 3 hours before class or does not show up for a registered class, a credit will be used to pay for the class.
  
  
• UPDATE: In accordance with new state guidelines on 11/13/2020, participants must wear a mask at all times in the studio, including during practice.
  
  
• Participants must bring their own mat and desired props. Depending on the practice and personal preference, this can include a mat, bolster, 1-2 blocks, a strap, and 1-2 blankets/large towels. Many of these props are available for sale at the studio. If you you need suggestions on other options of where to buy props or recommended brands to pick up, contact machelle@rootsandriveryoga.com.
  
  
• Most classes will also be live-streamed/recorded for attendance online! ALL ZOOM classroom links use R&R as their Password to enter class. Scroll down below the calendar to find helpful information about online class registration and using Zoom.
  
  

Here is Some Helpful Online Class Registration and Zoom Link Information:

• Log in and register for online classes through our calendar, whether you can attend the LIVE or prefer the recording.
  
  
• If you are having trouble logging in to your account to register for classes - Click Here
  
  
• If you cannot attend the LIVE class, you can register and we will send you a recording afterwards to practice with at your own convenience within 6 days.
  
  
• Upon registration, a class confirmation will be automatically emailed with a Zoom link that can be used to enter and join the LIVE class. All Zoom classroom passwords are R&R.
  
  
• In addition, there is a second portal option to enter the LIVE class. Those who are logged into their Roots & River Yoga account (Tula Software) will see a red “view broadcast” link appear on their studio calendar once they register for class. That link will also take them into the Zoom classroom to practice LIVE and so one does not have to search for the confirmation email. Again the Zoom password is R&R.
  
  
• Within a few hours after class, online registrants will receive another, separate email with the a link to the recording of the practice, to enjoy or re-enjoy throughout the week. The recording link will be available for 6 days from the day of class.

• Cost of online classes is 1 credit based on our studio payment system. Learn more about pricing or buy passes.
