This Spring series introduces a variety of rebalancing and rejuvenating techniques - joint movement, fascial rehydration, neuromuscular reflex activation, strengthening, and cardiovascular stimulation - to ease you painlessly into the more rigorous demands of summer.
Spring Series: 6 Weeks
Week 1: Joint Mobilization and Pain Relief
Week 2: Shrug off Shoulder and Neck Pain and Tension
Week 3: Spine Release and Rebalance (for Lower Back Pain)
Week 4: Spring in you Step (Feet and Balance)
Weeks 5&6: Heating up and Pickup up the Tempo (Cardio)

With a variety of aches, pains, injuries, and illnesses from a lifetime of overtraining, Anne retired as a professional acrobat and circus performer and dedicated herself to helping others achieve lives free of aches, pains, injuries, and imbalance.
The goal in circus performance is to provoke awe and wonder in the abilities of the human body, and in the magic of the human spirit. After a career of doing just that, it now seems more appropriate to guide people towards developing awe and wonder in the abilities of their own miraculous bodies and minds. While Anne has been certified over the years as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga instructor, Ayurvedic counselor, and circus coach, it was not until she was introduced to Essentrics® while performing in a circus show in Toronto, Canada, that she got serious about bringing this amazing modality to others. She developed Super 650 as a hybrid of Essentrics, personal training, ballet, and Tai Chi and other modalities in a dynamic but low impact approach to the whole body. Although she was a tight wire walker and foot juggler for 30 years, it is through Super 360 that she finally feels balance.
