Yoga with Kristina utilizes asana (poses), pranayama (breath), and meditation (introspection). Building on the basics, these practices playfully explore variations in poses while still offering multiple options so that each person can create the level of challenge and ease that is right for them. Salutations lead participants through standing flows and balancing poses. Practice winds down through seated and floor sequences. This class is perfect for physically active beginners and those with yoga experience.
Results may include: physical strength and flexibility, mental clarity and calmness, increased joy and self-love!
Yoga with Kristina will be offered In-Studio every Monday from 6:00-7:00pm using a studio class pass or membership.
