Join Carrie from the comfort of your home for a three (3) week virtual series and experience five ways internal energy moves through us to support our body’s functionality.
Through exploration of our vayu (internal winds) you’ll come into a deeper relationship with yourself and learn techniques that support the flow of prana (life-force.) This practice of pranayama (breath control) and asana (postures) are just two ways to play with the vayu to aid us in removing physical and emotional obstacles to reduce suffering and support overall well being. This series will include a little bit of lecture time, practice, rest, and some optional review/reflection for you to delve deeper into your personal practice on your own time.
Cost: $60 for the Series
You have the option to attend LIVEstream at class time via Zoom or wait and receive the recording to enjoy at your convenience.
The Zoom link to the LIVE class will come to your inbox 1 hour before class each week. The recording will be sent within 24 hours after the LIVE class.
Carrie's caring nature and soothing voice will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and connected. She offers an inclusive environment and a safe space for anyone to practice yoga. Carrie has been teaching various types of yoga for 5 years and her passion is teaching Restorative Yoga. She loves reminding our busy culture that making rest a priority can bring positive transformation in our lives. Through Carrie's commitment to being a student of life, she has deepened her yoga practice and teachings through continuing education with Tara Lemerise ('Rest for All' Teacher Training), Machelle Lee (Yin Yoga Teacher Training) and has earned her level 3 Reiki Master certification from Irene Glasse. Carrie's goal is to assist others to learn about different tools to support stress management, healing, and spiritual growth.
