Cancelled: Fall in Love with Yourself: A Self-Care Day Retreat with Carrie Dennison

  • Roots & River Yoga 17 West Potomac Street Brunswick, MD, 21716 United States (map)

This event was cancelled due to low registration. We will announce another retreat day soon.

The season of fall invites the solar energies of summer to calm as the coming days will contain more darkness than light. As nature invites us to turn inward and honor our harvests, I welcome you to spend the day with me nurturing the magic of the season through reflection, celebration, and self-love. This retreat will deepen your connection to self through a combination of gentle breathwork, mindful movement, self-massage, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and community ritual. Carrie will create a space to allow you to breathe like you love yourself, move like you love yourself, and rest like you love yourself. This retreat is the perfect opportunity to take a mini self-care vacation.

This is a great event to attend with your bestie, your significant other, or to enjoy the time away on your own. Wear comfortable and cozy clothing.

Cost: $90

Carrie’s credentials include Yogamour Trauma-Informed Yoga Training, Rest for All Restorative Yoga with Tara Lemerise, Reiki Master Training with Irene Glasse and Yin Yoga  Certification with Machelle Lee.
