Join Carrie for this two-week series of Restorative Yoga & Breathwork to help nourish the mind, body, and spirit. In these 90 minute sessions, you will be guided through mindful movement and breath techniques to help prepare the body for a Restorative Yoga practice.
Spend these Fridays nights preparing for your weekend with intentional rest for your body and ease for the mind. Bloom into spring with restoration and relaxation!
You will not only get to experience these practices, but you will get to take home a printed copy of the breath practices and Restorative poses so you can incorporate them into your home practice.
Cost: $40 for both class or if you can only attend one, it is $22/class
Carrie's caring nature and soothing voice will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and connected. She offers an inclusive environment and a safe space for anyone to practice yoga. Carrie has been teaching various types of yoga for 5 years and her passion is teaching Restorative Yoga. She loves reminding our busy culture that making rest a priority can bring positive transformation in our lives. Through Carrie's commitment to being a student of life, she has deepened her yoga practice and teachings through continuing education with Tara Lemerise ('Rest for All' Teacher Training), Machelle Lee (Yin Yoga Teacher Training) and has earned her level 3 Reiki Master certification from Irene Glasse. Carrie's goal is to assist others to learn about different tools to support stress management, healing, and spiritual growth.
