Paul has been teaching the meditative art form of Tai Chi for years. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mind-Body Medicine and is a licensed psychotherapist in practice for over six years. Paul has taken his passion for Tai Chi and Qigong into the realm of mental health and healing by teaching groups and individuals the art of effortless flow. With his specialization in holistic integrative mental health, he invites complementary forms of medicine into his life as an inspiration to heal himself and others. The approach Paul takes in teaching Tai Chi and Qigong is one that emphasizes the experience of Feeling Love Over Worry (FLOW). In a gentle manner, you are simply asked to be in the moment and follow along to the best of your ability. There is no need for memorizing complex movements or forms. He bases his understanding and practice in a manner that is upheld by three pillars: mind (imagination), body (movement), and breath (in sync with the mind and body).
