In this restful practice, students will be guided through different restorative yoga poses using various props designed to support the body into deep relaxation. Accompanied by the playing of crystal and Tibetan brass singing bowls, students will experience a "bath" of sound waves while they rest, which calm and soothe the nervous system, help to quiet and balance the mind, and take the body deeper into restorative rest.
